Jim Fallon was a 2 year Varsity player while at North. Fallon hails from Ascension parish in Kensington and played for Lighthouse BC. He is also the son of NC Hall of Fame Soccer Coach Chick Fallon. He was a member of the 1965 & 1966 Falcon squads that won the PCL Championship. Flanagan was named 1st team All-Catholic and All-Scholastic after the 1966 season. The 1966 team was one of the most talented teams to ever play at North but unfortunately they lost the final game of the season versus Dobbins High for the City title by a score of 3-1.
Upon graduation Mike went on to play College soccer at Temple U. After college he began a 29 year career in the Philadelphia Fire Department. He was also a youth soccer coach who helped develop the soccer program at Juniata Boys Club in the 1970s as well as many great players for North. He was also a renowned Referee and did many PCL games over the course of 10 years.
