Coloration. Predominantly green, with the head, frontal half of the pronotum and first half of scutellum with a lighter green coloration. The lateral margins of juga and pronotum are black, followed by a yellow band, and in the juga, extends to the inner margin of the eyes. Connexivum and urosternites green. Black macula only in posterior portion of urosternite. Head. Margins of juga with a slight concavity in front of eyes, apex of head broadened and semicircular. Proportion of antennal segments: I<II<III<IV≈V. The rostrum reaches the metacoxae. Proportion of rostral segments: I<II<III>IV. Thorax. Anterolateral margins of pronotum with a submarginal dorsal depression. Hemelytra with costal angles slighty obtuse. Membranal suture convex. Abdomen. Medial spine of the third urosternite doesn’t reach the metacoxae. Spiracles green.

Distribution. Brazil (BA).

Families of plants as possible hosts. Sterculiaceae (Schwertner & Grazia 2006).

Comments. This species has the colored bands of the juga extending to the inner margin of the eyes, and in the pronotum, the colored band is more intense in the anterolateral region, both yellow.
