Press Note to Hans India
"Sanction Atmagourava Bhavans and Funds to Agni(Vahni)kula Kshatriya community”
The GoT released GO MS 20 in 2018 sanctioning sites and funds to 36 various BC communities. Even earlier and latter, similar sanctions were accorded to various BC communities in some other districts too. But unfortunately, under BC-A S.No.1 of the BCs' list in Telangana, Agni(Vahni)Kula Kshatriyas are yet to be given such sanction and facility. They are a community known synonymously as Agnikulakshatriyas/Vanyakulakshatriyas/Palli Reddi/Palli Kapu/Vanni Reddi/Vanni Kapu/Vanniar/Dharmarajakapu/Tigala Kshatriyas, ... ...The GoT has to rise to the occasion to do justice to this community. The community has registered societies in many pockets in all the directions of HMDA as well as in other parts of Telangana and so are its people spread in Telangana. This is an oppressed community and its people have a progressive outlook for the development of Telangana by being well in serving its society from all angles with true spirit of service. The community is well-spread throughout the length and breadth of India, the Deccan and in the Karnataka/Kerala/Tamil Nadu/Orissa/Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Its people are honest and are committed to duty and services as agricultural laborers, building laborers, carpenters, fishing, ... ... and many menial services and belonged to the aboriginal tribes among the BCs. Outside Telangana, the community is recognized either as an OBC or as an MBC. "The community associations expressed that the Govt. should do justice by allotting land and funds to the community as it did to the other 36 communities in the 2018 GO. The land and funds should be issued to our community in the capital as well as in Medchal district" said Dr.Kanagaluru Chandra Sekharaiah, the founder of Agni(Vahni)Kula Kshatriya Seva Samsthan, Kukutpally, Medchal district. "The various registered societies in the capital @Vidyanagar, Chandanagar, BHEL, Kukutpally, Mehdipatnam, ... ... attended to the needs of Telangana people by serving groceries and financing the people of Telangana in the Corona-affected world of the lockdown time as depicted in the homepage photogallery of the website http://sites.google.com/site/agnivahnikukutpally which is commissioned recently.", said Prof.Kanagaluru Chandra Sekharaiah. "Once the Atmagourava Bhavan building provision is extended to our commuity, it will be of great use to our community people who visit from within Telangana as well as from the other parts of India. Our caste people are in crores, putting together the Deccan and the southern India, and they are called by variegated names in Puducherry/Karnataka/Tamil Nadu/Andhra Pradesh/Kerala, ... ...", said Professor K.Chandra Sekharaiah. "Our community Samkshema/Seva Sangams have recently resolved to represent to the Govt. for the sanction of the building sites as well as building funds at a par with the many communities which were sanctioned as in the recent GO MS 20 in 2018.", he added. The "Special Development Fund" Scheme should be extended to the community towards the welfare and development activities for community justice.
A condemnation/clarification email to nizam.scribe@gmail.com
Sir,
I have seen the news item in page 6dt.13Mar2021 of Hans India under "THE CITY HANS". The distorted content published is prejudiced to our community. Our community leaders condemned the distortions in the published news. Our community leaders of the various registered societies took notice of the grave errors in the published news and felt that the purpose of the press note given tends to be defeated by the distortions in the news item published. The photo is wrongly incorporated. A wrong photo should not have been published or, otherwise, the press reporter should have obtained a correct photo from Dr.K.Chandra Sekharaiah, who released the press note to the "Hans India". The following errors are pointed out for immediate correction by a clarification news item in your news paper tomorrow:
1.The title of the news item "Kshatriyas raise pitch for Atmagourava Bhavan" is distorted. It should be corrected as "Agni(Vahni)KulaKshatriyas raise pitch for Atmagourava Bhavan".
2.Wherever there is mention of mere "Kshatriyas" in the published news item, it should be replaced by Agni(Vahni)Kula Kshatriyas. Mere mention of "Kshatriyas" distorted the press note content which was carefully well-drafted.
3.In 2nd para 1-3 lines,
"Expressing disappointment over the "reckless" attitude of Telangana Government"
should be replaced by
"Expressing that the Telangana Government should take better cognizance and recognition of the Agni(Vahni)KulaKshatriyas"
4.In 3rd column, para 1, "said, Kopanati Sesha Venu, the Agni(Vahni)KulaKshatriya Seva Samsthan President"
shall replace
"said P.Satyanandam, a Kshatriyan residing in Erragadda, a retired government employee."
5.In 4th column, at the end of para 1, "said, K.Suvarna, a Kshatriya community leader from Karmika Nagar"
shall be replaced by
"said Mrs.K.Gnana Vasundhara, the Joint Secretary of the Agni(Vahni)KulaKshatriya Seva Sansthan"
I am sorry to state that it will reflect badly on the "Hans India" unless the clarification news item is published. So, please take immediate corrective, remedial action.
Best wishes,
Chand.
