Please furnish the following information as per the RTI Act.
The GoT allotted lands for 36 BC Community Atmagourava Bhavans to some BC Communties and accorded administrative sanction for Rs.60.25 crores.
1.Attested information as to whether the G.O. was issued based on any prior notification of the GoT calling for entries/applications/claims from communities for such benefits.
2.Attested information as lists of representations community-wise(as many communities, so many lists i.e. one list of representation for each community) (prior to the GO) (w.r.t. the communities in the ref. above) which were considered by the GoT for the land allotments and funds sanction as in the ref. above.
3.Attested copies of the documents community-wise and list-wise as per the information w.r.t. point 2 above.
4.Attested lists of community-wise representations w.r.t. this matter and issue to the GoT in the backdrop of the G.O. and after the G.O.
5.Attested copies of the community-wise, list-wise representations, considering the point 4 above.
6.Attested lists of GoT letters/proceedings/communities/response w.r.t. to the post-Covid G.O. conditions/situation that prevailed.
7.Attested copies of the documents list-wise as in the lists in point 6 above.
8.Attested information as to whether the Govt. lands were transferred to the Commissioner, BCWD
9.(a)Attested information as to whether the Commissioner, B.C. Welfare, Telangana, Hyderabad took over the lands (in ref. above) from the District Collector(s), Ranga Reddy and Medchal Malkajgiri Districts.
(b)If taken over, information as to when and when, land-wise/caste-wise.
10.The ref. above mentioned "The sanctioned funds will be released depending on progress of works.". Please furnish
(a)attested information w.r.t. the status of the progress of works
(b)attested information w.r.t. the status of the release of funds
(c)attested information w.r.t. the status of the utilization of funds
11.Attested list of criteria for selecting certain communities only for the community Atmagourava Bhavans in ref. above. Attested copy of document w.r.t. the criteria.
12.Attested copy of information as lists of criteria
(i)for fixing the extent/area(i.e. acres&guntas) of land allotment caste-wise. i.e. furnish information w.r.t. one list of criteria for each one caste i.e. furnish as many lists of criteria as the number of castes in ref. above.
(ii)for fixing the sanction of funds caste-wise i.e. furnish information w.r.t. one list of criteria for each one caste i.e. furnish as many lists of criteria as the number of castes in ref. above.

4.Community-wise population of the 36 BC communities to which Community Atmagourava Bhavans were sanctioned as in ref. above
5.What is the statistics survey (details of name of the survey, year or years, … …) used by the GoT for considering the BC-castes, caste populations etc.
6.(a)List/Table of TS Government Gazetted Officers staff (staff name, caste name, designations, contact numbers and official addresses) who are from BC-A S.No. 1.
(b) List/Table of TS Government Non-Gazetted Officers staff (staff name, caste name, designations, contact numbers and official addresses) who are from BC-A S.No. 1.
7.(a)Lists of (i)nomadic tribes (ii)seminomadic tribes (iii)denotified tribes (iv)aboriginal tribes as per GoT. (b)Copies of the documents based on which the GoT follows these 4 lists.

1.As per Societies Registration Act, ... ..., a new society should not be registered with name similar to that of an existing, new society.
2.It is not rival Sangham, it is bogus, fake, fraud Sangham
3.Complain to NCBC and BC Commission
4.Lodge police complaint against the fake/bogus/fraud Sangham
5.Apply under RTI Act2005 for the following information for better awareness to deregister the fake, bogus Sangham
(a)the list of documents and the number of pages of the documents submitted by the fake/bogus organization/society for registration by the regn. dept.
(b)For how many years in 1998-2021 are the info. docs. available with the regn. dept. w.r.t. the fake/bogus/fraudsters society.
(c)Lists of yearwise documents of the fake/bogus/fraudster society as per the records in the registrar office.
(d)For each list of docs. w.r.t. point (d) above, copies of the docs.
(6)(i)How many certificates were issued by the fake, bogus Sangham to people as belonging to AKK caste. What are the addresses of such people? What are their surnames?
(ii)Copies of the official communication, letters etc. which were issued by the fake/bogus society.
(iii)Copy of the logo of the society, if any?
(iv)Copies of the renewal docs. issued by the fake/bogus association. (a)Information of how many renewals were issued so far.
(b)Copies of the documents (on per renewal basis i.e. for each and every renewal) submitted to the regn. dept. by the fake/bogus society for each renewal.
(c) Information as to how many candidates who are either members or associates otherwise w.r.t. to this fake and bogus society who got employment based on caste reservation?
(d)Information as list of such employees and their present office positions and addresses as well as their residential addresses.
(e)Copies of letters and other communication which the bogus/fake Sangham issued to govt. offices such as that of Collector/Tahsildar/society regn. offices etc.
(f)Official docs. of the fake/bogus Sangham communicated to the courts so far since it's regn.
7.As per rules of Societies Act, a second Society with the same name as an earlier one should not be registered. So, the fake/bogus society should be deregistered. i.e. its registration should be cancelled/revoked/rescinded.
