The Central Government has launched an excellent consulting scheme for senior citizens and all other citizens. Elderly people, especially those with high blood pressure, diabetes, etc., cannot be rushed to the hospital for OPD. They seek treatment at home for minor ailments like headaches, physical pain, but are not ready to go to the hospital. You can access it on Google Chrome via the link below. Note:
1. Select patient registration.
2. Type your mobile number. Type OTP on mobile for registration.
3. Enter patient details and district. Now, you will connect with the doctor online. After that, you can consult a doctor for any of your health problems through the video. The doctor will prescribe the medicine online. You can take the medicine by showing it in the medical pharmacy shop.
This service is completely free.You can use this service every day from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm, including Sunday.

I wish to inform you all that the Govt of India has set up a senior citizen help line phone no. 14567. I checked on this phone & I was pleasantly surprised by the response by a lady. This centre provides any help / support needed by senior citizens between 8Am. and 8 pm. One can refer to a case of Senior citizens in distress , medical help needed, or protection from harassment,vaccination centres nearb, etc, at any time of the day or night. I was very impressed by the person who expressed concern with the promise to immediate help. I would suggest we must share and circulate this information widely to help those in need of help.🙏🏻🙏🏻
Please note that the service is available between 8 am to 8 pm only. Will you please circulate this message to all the senior citizens in your circle ( friends, relatives, Neighbours).This is a great initiative taken by the Government of India and will definitely extend benefits to those senior citizens who are in need of assistance.

'Loading Dose' has 3 medicines. It is life-saving for 3 hrs(Golden hrs) of extension. Keep it in pocket all the time.

What is Sorbitrate (isosorbide dinitrate)?
Isosorbide dinitrate is in a group of drugs called nitrates. Isosorbide dinitrate dilates (widens) blood vessels, making it easier for blood to flow through them and easier for the heart to pump.
Isosorbide dinitrate is used to treat or prevent attacks of chest pain (angina).
If possible, try to rest or stay seated when you use this medication. Isosorbide dinitrate can cause dizziness or fainting.
If you use isosorbide dinitrate to treat an angina attack: Use the medicine at the first sign of chest pain. Place the sublingual tablet under your tongue and allow it to dissolve slowly. Do not chew or swallow it. The chewable tablet should be chewed and then held in the mouth for about 2 minutes before swallowing.
You may use additional tablets every 5 minutes, but not more than 3 tablets in 15 minutes.
Do not crush, chew, break, or open an extended-release tablet or capsule. Swallow the pill whole. It is specially made to release medicine slowly in the body. Breaking or opening the pill would cause too much of the drug to be released at one time. Seek emergency medical attention if your chest pain gets worse or lasts more than 5 minutes, especially if you have trouble breathing or feel weak, dizzy, or nauseated, or lightheaded.
It is important to keep this medicine on hand at all times in case of an angina attack. Get your prescription refilled before you run out of medicine completely.

10 Competitions for 2 categories (Category1=tricenarians, quadragenarians, quinquagenarians, sexagenarians), Category2=septuagenarians, octogenarians, nonagenarians and centenarians, supercentenarians, LTT Category=others, denarians, vicenarians) will be held. Submission entries are invited for prizes and prize certificates for audio/video performances. An audio submission post/performance is limited to 10 minutes. A video submission post/performance is limited to 10-15 minutes.
Participants should be Hindus.
1.Classical Chorus Devotional/Patriotic/Folk Singing/Stotrams etc. competitions: A Chorus singing group should consist of min. 2 participants.
2.Elocution Competitions(any less-than-11-minute lecture of patriotism and social/national/community theme).
3.A YouTube Video Group Discussion(All the GD participants should be of our caste) on Community/Social/National/Family/Self Development. The YouTube Video link should be posted to the whatsapp number given below.
4.Yoga Performance Video either in singular or in plural number of participants.
5.Classical Dance Performance Video.
6.Video of Bhagavad Gita shloka chanting and their meanings in English and Telugu should be posted.
8.Video of Callisthenics/Body-building/Superbrain Yoga performance.
9.Video presentations of Technical Reports/Technical Papers/Research Papers.
10.Audio/video submission of any other master piece performance of classical/creative/theatrical arts.

యవ్వనంలో హెల్త్ ఇన్సూరెన్స్ మానేసి ఆ డబ్బు పిల్లల కాలేజీ ఫీజు కట్టావు. మధ్య వయసులో సంపాదించినది పిల్లల్ని అమెరికా పంపించడానికి ఖర్చు పెట్టావు. అందరితో ‘నా కొడుకు అమెరికాలో, కూతురు ఆస్ట్రేలియాలో ఉన్నది’ అని గర్వంగా చెప్తూ ఉంటావు.
ఎన్నాళ్ళకొక ఒకసారి వాళ్ళు నిన్ను చూడటానికి వచ్చారన్నది మాత్రం చెప్పవు. అమెరికా నుంచి నీ కొడుకు సెల్ ఫోన్ లో నీ పుట్టినరోజు తేదీ చూసి ఫోన్ చేస్తుంది. నీకు నీ మనవడితో మాట్లాడాలని ఉంటుంది. వాడు చా….లా బిజీ.
అర్ధరాత్రి ఏ నొప్పితోనో నీకు మెలకువ వస్తుంది. పక్కగదిలోని వారికి నిద్రాభంగం చేయాలా వద్దా అన్న ఆలోచనతోనే తెల్లవారుతుంది.
పక్క మీద గంటల, రోజుల తరబడీ పడుకొని ఉండటం దినచర్య అవుతుంది. పుట్టిన కొత్తలో పక్క మీద శిశువు నెలల తరబడి కదలకుండా ఎలా ఉంటుందో తిరిగి అదే స్థితి సంభవిస్తుంది. ఒకటే తేడా ఏమిటంటే చిన్నప్పుడు ఆలనాపాలనా చూసుకోవటానికి తల్లి ఉంది.
ఇప్పుడెవరూ లేరు. అప్పుడప్పుడూ వచ్చి పలకరించే కూతురూ, తప్పదన్నట్టు సేవలు చేసే కోడలూ. నీ అదృష్టం బాగా లేకపోతే అనాథాశ్రమంలో వారు కూడా ఉండరు.
నువ్వు కొద్దిగా ఎక్కువ తిన్నా, అసలు తినకపోయినా మెడిసిన్ చదివిన డాక్టర్లలాగా నీ పిల్లలు నీకు సలహాలు ఇస్తూ ఉంటారు. ఒళ్ళు వెచ్చబడితే చలిలో తిరిగావనీ, జలుబు చేస్తే చన్నీళ్ళ స్నానం చేశావనీ, కాళ్ళు నొప్పులు పెడితే గుడికి ఎందుకు వెళ్ళావనీ నిన్ను మందలిస్తూ ఉంటారు.
ప్రొద్దున్న లేచేసరికి అకస్మాత్తుగా ఏ జలుబో, కీళ్ళ నొప్పులో ప్రారంభం అవుతాయి. బాత్రూంలో పడటం, కాళ్ళు విరగటం, జ్ఞాపకశక్తి నశించటం, ఆసుపత్రికి వెళ్ళినప్పుడు డాక్టర్ చాలా క్యాజువల్గా ‘నీకు కాన్సర్’ అని చెప్పటం మొదలైనవి అన్నీ నీ జీవితంలో భాగమైపోతాయి.
నీది మరీ మధ్యతరగతి కుటుంబం అయితే, నువ్వు సంపాదించిన డబ్బు నీ ఆసుపత్రి ఖర్చుల కోసం ఖర్చు పెట్టాలా, చూసీ చూడనట్టు నీ మరణం కోసం వేచి ఉండాలా అన్న ఆలోచనతో నీ పక్క గదిలో నీ వాళ్ళు చర్చిస్తూ ఉంటారు.

ఏకాంతం స్థానే శూన్యత ప్రవేశించినప్పుడు అది అతి తొందరలో ఒంటరితనం గా మారుతుందన్న విషయాన్ని నువ్వు ఎంత తొందరగా తెలుసుకుంటే అంత బాగుంటుంది. ప్రతి మనిషి చుట్టూ ఒక ‘తావి’ ఉంటుంది. వయసు పెరిగే కొద్దీ అది సుగంధ సౌరభ పరిమళంగానో, దుర్గంధ పూరితoగానో మారుతుంది.
ఎలా మారుతుందనేది హుందాతనాల / నీ చాదస్త ప్రవర్తన మీద ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది.
పిల్లలు పుట్టగానే లావు అవటం సహజం అనుకోకు. జిహ్వ చాపల్యం తగ్గించు. ఒక వయసు వచ్చాక తిండి ఆనందం కాదు. అవసరం.
