The "Pallava Kokila Poojaari/Kanagalooru Suseelamma Scholarship Scheme of A(V)KKSSkookutpally, Hyderabad" will be extended to the pupils who were beneficiaries in the academic year 2021-22/2022-23. This means that Mr.Chittamoori Teja, B.C.A. who completed his BCA degree studies, joined job, is no more a student and is hence deleted from the earlier list for 2020-2021 year of the scholarship beneficiary pupils. But, for disbursement of the scholarships for 2023-24, the pupils should follow the following instructions. New beneficiaries will be inducted too, as per provisions.
1.Submit cellphone camera photo or a photo that is otherwise of the student
2. Submit a signed (by the pupil and any one parent or guardian) self declaration that details the (a)month-wise and (b)total amount of scholarship the pupil received during Jul2021 -2022, 2022-23.
2.The caste names of each parent should be mentioned. The caste name of the guardian, wherever applicable, should be mentioned. The Gothram of the pupil should be mentioned. The maternal grandfather surname and the paternal grandfather surname should be mentioned. The name of the religion to which the father belongs, to which the mother belongs and to which the guardian belongs, wherever applicable, and to which the student belongs should be mentioned.
(a)Submit here your caste certificate (photocopy/image) issued by the revenue dept.
OR
(b)Submit your caste certificate (photocopy/image) issued by the local Sangham of our caste
OR
(c)Submit the caste certificate (photocopy/image) of your closest relative whoever has the caste certificate of oneself AND a self declaration that you belong to our community(the declaration should mention the caste name and should be self-attested with the signatures of you and any single parent or both parents or guardian).
3.(a)Bona fide/ Study Certificate issued by your academic institution i.e. school or college
OR
(b)a self declaration that details your college name and address (the declaration should be self-attested with the signatures of you and any single parent or both parents) and name and year of your course/standard/class of study in the year 2023-24
4.The covering letter/application form for scholarships disbursement in the academic year 2023-2024 should be addressed to Prof.K.Chandra Sekharaiah, Founder, "అగ్ని(వహ్ని)కులక్షత్రియ సేవా సంస్థానం, కూకటపల్లి , Hyderabad".
