The R&D members of the PGF research group navigate in the media cognitive space in defence of the PGF R&D pursuits in JNTUH for developing a Swachch, Secure Mother India where pupils in particular and people in general strive for better QoDNL(Quality of Digital National Life) as cybercrimefree Netizens with a sense of national solidarity, national amity, national integration, national sovereignty, national consciousness and national development and improvement in cyberethics standards among the JNTUH university academics stakeholders in Telangana Higher Education as follows. Swachch Telangana should not mean just merely open defecation free Telangana. It should mean Telangana wherein the cybercriminal legacy of the TBDCOs is extirpated. Swachch Bharat should not mean just merely ODF-Bharat, it should mean also Bharat that is free from the clutches of the GoI-abusive, India-abusive(involving the TBDCOs) cybercrimes in its higher education academics. Prohibition order against the TBDCOs is an impending necessity to extirpate the cybercriminal legacy due to the TBDCOs and the underlying deleterious effects. How can JNTUH be considered a university that is worthwhile for appreciation or accreditation as long as it does not issue the prohibition orders against the TBDCOs and their cybercriminal legacy that prevail in its academic environment causing academic and national losses compoundingly? How can Hyderabad be considered a Smart City as long as the smart crimes affecting the netizens of Hyderabad and the academics of the universities in Hyderabad, Telangana, A.P. and India are left sparingly without prohibition orders? How can the Cyberabad/Telangana police expect to deserve respect/confidence/appreciation/credibility/creditworthiness as long as they fail to handle the TBDCOs effectively without issuing the prohibition orders against the TBDCOs? How can the JNTUH authorities expect to deserve respect/confidence/appreciation/credibility/creditworthiness as long as they fail to handle the TBDCOs effectively without issuing the prohibition orders against the TBDCOs? How can those holding the powers of authority in GoT/GoI expect to deserve respect/confidence/appreciation/credibility/creditworthiness as long as they fail to handle the TBDCOs effectively without issuing the prohibition orders against the TBDCOs? The authorities at all levels are requested to take effective measures in handing the TBDCOs by issuing prohibition orders immediately against the TBDCOs. Prohibition orders constitute the Hobson's Choice on the part of JNTUH/JNTUH authorities/Cyberabad Police/Telangana State Police/GoT/GoI to recover the national losses due to the massively India-abusive cybercrimes of the TBDCOs and the consequential cybercriminal legacy thereof.

(6)The Fake Government of Telangana(FGoT)(FGoT20011-?) is considered the First Cybercriminal, Fake Government in Indian History. So, it should be extirpated, defused and nullified such that there will never be a recurrence of such cybercrimes or general crimes of Fake Government Formations in India/Indian University Academic Environments/... ... ....
(7)The GoI, the GoT and the GoAP are requested to:
(i)issue prohibition orders against the TBDCOs
(ii)release white papers
(a) about the measures taken to defuse the TBDCOs(Twin Big Data Cybercriminal Organizations, viz. FGoT(2011-) & JNTUHJAC
(b)about whether the TBDCOs are still prevalent online or offline as far as the GoI, the GoT and the GoAP know.
