Deposit Procedures

• All monies must be deposited in the activity fund.
• Incoming funds will be deposited with the custodian of the activity fund immediately. Funds are not to be stored in classrooms overnight.
• Withdrawal of funds will be made on a special form, with the signature of the appropriate activity sponsor. All blanks must be completed and signed. Statements will be attached indicating the nature of the expenditure.
• When requesting checks, submit the request at least 24 hours in advance.
