A personnel record is maintained in the main office for each staff member.
An Electronic Official Personnel File (eOPF) is maintained for each teacher online. To access your eOPF please contact your servicing LMER liaison. The school office maintains a file on each teacher, which contains a copy of all personnel actions, transcripts, and re-certification materials. The school files are kept entirely confidential. Teachers may review their own files upon request. Teachers are requested to check their files periodically and keep their transcripts up-to-date. Teachers should also review and update the Professional Re-certification Master Record in their file, to include all college credits earned toward re-certification, on a regular basis.
