Please fill out a FACILITY REQUEST FORM and submit your requests to school administration to use any of these resources. You will receive an email if your request is approved or denied. All school related and sponsored activities must be submitted and receive Administrative Approval. Activities must be coordinated through the activity sponsors and the administration rather than through students and the administration. Failure to include an activity on the calendar will preclude that activity superseding a scheduled activity.
In addition to the above form anyone from the community must also use the school facility request form for approval by administration.
The Joint Ethics Regulation prohibits the use of government facilities for personal profit.
The regulation states that the, “individual must not directly or indirectly use or allow the use of government property or resources of any kind...for other than officially approved activities.”
This means that teachers cannot charge for private lessons/tutoring while using government
