Military Police (MP) violations, such as traffic tickets, overdue book notices, unpaid bills and dishonored checks, are brought to the attention of the principal.
This notification is for information purposes. All MP citations are the responsibility of the teacher and must be cleared by the teacher. Copies of tickets or citations will be sent to the principal. If you receive a ticket or violation, please provide the principal, on the next duty day, with the copy given to you by Military Police. If a teacher is required to attend traffic court, he/she must take Any Purpose Leave (APL) or Leave without Pay (LWOP).
Any incident involving law enforcement off base is managed by local national authorities. Any incident that occurs off base with a DODEA employee of their family members should be reported to a school administrator immediately.
