Assemblies

Periodically, assemblies will be held for specified groups of students. Teachers are expected to attend when their students are assigned to the assembly. Teachers will accompany their students to the assembly area and sit with them. By sitting with the students, your presence will be most effective in maintaining good behavior.

Assemblies provide an excellent opportunity for students to learn appropriate large group behavior. Therefore, it is important that standards of behavior are understood and reinforced consistently.
