Over the next 4 weeks we will be exploring different types of mental ill-health.
Signs, Symptoms and Behaviour.
Signs: What we see - not talking to friends, cancelling plans, covering body (wearing long sleeves to cover marks) etc.
Symptoms: How we feel inside (subjective) - sadness, fear, nervousness etc.
Behaviour: What you are doing - Kicking doors, pulling hair, crying etc
