PsychoSOCIAL stages
ERIK ERIKSON, a psychologist, developed a Theory of Psychosocial Development which consisted of eight life stages. The theory explains how individuals develop both socially and emotionally through each life stage. Erikson suggested that we all reach different stages at different times but we all go through the 8 stages. As times are changing and people are living longer, the final two stages may start later for some people.
