3. Adolescence 

One of the most rapid stages of development with increased level of physical independence - almost everything is done independently for example, getting changed, eating and cooking own basic meals, personal care etc. 

However, they may need support with social and emotional change which results from puberty and some may even need support to understand the physical changes of such a big key event. 

There is also a likelihood of conditions and behaviours to develop as a result of changes in several areas, for example possibility of drug abuse, anxiety and self-harming.

Adults are often most overlooked and do not tend to look after themselves and ignore their own needs, this is usually because they are either looking after others such as elderly parents or children, or then busy building a career.
