Background: Thalia is a student of Decima, one of the many who came or were sent to her with tutelage. In her case it was the latter. Sent by her conservative mentor for training, she learned the skills but not the message. She is rebelious and prone to cause problems for her peers. Strangely Decima has not cut her off, which is one more strain on the Consilii's relations.
