Disciple of the Arcanum of Death, Famulus of the Guardian of the Veil, member of the Fist of Talos
Background: Frost awakened after a horrific traffic accident. What part he played in it, no one remembers. He was found wandering the area while fires rages and the dying screamed. As far as anyone from his past knows he died there. The Arrow found him but in the end he chose the Guardians. He developed a strong camaraderie with the Neophyte Arrows and rejoined them when they formed this cabal.
He acts as their intelligence man, calling the ghosts and memories of the dead to their aid. He focuses on occult studies and preparing Mages for the worst the Fallen World can offer. He served as provost for Quick when he became Councilor for a time.
He died fending off the General.
Description: A man in his middling years with a bit of a paunch and thinning red hair. His mild appearance and demeanor belies years of combat training and skills drilled into him by both orders.
