Heirarch of Chicago, Master of the Arcanum of Force, Strategos of the Free Council, Member of Freedom Manifest
Background: Ezekial Awakened during the early years of the current Consilium. He rejected the old ways of the other orders and became a Strategos in the Free Council. He helped in their push for a voice in the city's politics. In the late 80s he was a junior councilor when the Seer began their last offensive. When others hesitated, he brought the local mages together and helped defeat the threat. That act earned him the position of Heirarch.
The decade since then has been a slow defeat and slide back to the old ways. Crippled by conservative on the council his agendas have mostly failed to gain traction.
Description: A rounded white haired man with an air of professionalism about him. He is clean shaven and wears thick black rimmed glasses. His hands are surprisingly steady and his manner gentle.
