Background: A mysterious drifter who was turned into a vampire and then inducted into a strange cult of fire worshiping vampires. Baal is the name he used among his disciples, other bikers and riffraff who he converted to this strange breed of vampirism. Infested with a strange psychedelic fungus, he possessed powers of supernatural fear and toughness.
He led his group to kidnap and perhaps kill Hippolyta, though her body was sold to someone else. He was shot and burned to death by Valkyrie and Colt.
But he survived. But how?
