Provost to Councilor Alys of Chicago, Disciple of the Arcanum of Death, Neophyte of the Guardians of the Veil

Background: Roach is a cipher and likes it. Hiding behind a gas mask, it is said no one outside the Guardians knows his identity. Its said he knows the ins and outs of the city like no one else. Able to cross town in a half hour or less, most suspect he is an adept of space. He is known to frequent the underground part of Chicago.

Description: Always wearing a gas mask, he is rarely seen. His voice is raspy and obscured by the mask.
