Background: Once a simple spirit of urban blight, this blightling's destiny began when it destroyed a catch of relics and artifacts. Becoming the spirit Shattered Lore, it traded the occult secrets it had digested for essence and aid. Rebuffed by the local werewolves it eventually made a deal with Diana Coal in the late 1930s. She and the rest of her clan then served it for the rest of the century.
Fed a diet of despair, apathy, and physical decay of a city, it grew into a powerful decay spirit, both physical and morally. Feeding close to the wounds has distorted it some, peeling away its occult veneer and turning it into a vain and sinful creature. Eventually it fed on other blightlings, twisting ley lines to feed it resonance and waiting for the death of the city.
But all things end. A pack of werewolves, a former servant, and a local mage teamed up and captured it inside its ban. There is slowly starved to death, coalescing into a strong artifact of perfected metals.
Description: A giant humanoid figure of brick and rusted metal, covered into a peeling veneer of garish spray paint. Its voice is metallic with tickling of broken glass. It carries itself like a noble but is willing to debase itself for more power.
Bans: Is repulsed by religious art like stained glass, cannot escape a building built around it
