Description: An old Victorian house nestled in a decaying suburb on the southend of the city. The overgrown backyard hides a small family plot with 13 crumbling gravestones. The windows and doors are stout and secured. Occasional sounds can be heard of something moving through the building.
The walls and floorboards creak with age but seem surprisingly stable. Mage sight shows them to be fortified by magic. Speak with the Dead makes the house seem ever so slightly creepier, as the resident ghosts can be felt but always keep their distance. The walls themselves seem to have been reinforced in Twilight, creating a spectral double vision when viewed. Spirit Tongue gives a similar impression as whatever lurks nearby keeps its distance. The ghosts...or whatever they are grossly deformed, twisted by the magics of the ascended Geist-Mage Rota.
Here and there are signs of mighty magics worked into the structure. A Ward covers the house.
The Hallow sits in the tower. The barren room seems to be filled with a presence and a gentle but cold breeze frequently blows through the room. Occassionally distant strands of music can be heard in the air. The Hallow's resonance is one of whimsy with an undercurrent of decay from its long disuse.
