Adept of the Arcanum of Force, Talon of the Adamantine Arrow, former member of the Iron Hand
Background: White Ash took part in the civil rights movement and even saw King give his speech in Washington as a child. He was one of several who Awakened that day. Though drawn to conflict he always worked to make the world a better place.
A founding member of the Iron Hand, their original goal was to help rehabilitate the South end of Chicago, driving out the violent gangs and building communities that would fight for survival. Though some good was done it was not to last. White Ash was the conscience of the cabal, but what he saw during the war unsteadied him. Using uppers and speed to stay focused for the endless fight led to stronger drugs as he tried to push the bad memories away.
Now he is a shadow of his former self. He stays on the drugs mostly, ashamed of his failures. At one time though he was a respected Tamer of Fire, mentor to the Toronto mage Callahan and the mad Libertine Janus. Thanks to one of his students, he was given a chance to redeem himself. Aided by Valkyrie he has thrown off the haze of the drugs and left his corrupt cabal. How long this lasts and the full consequences remain to be seen.
He is currently wrestling with his demons in rehab.
