For the most part Rota's legacy is very similar to the traditional Scions of God. Where it deviates is in the higher levels where he incorporates the heretical idea that a ghostly essence is needed to complete ones Ascension.
Legacy Attainments:
1st: Angelic Sight
This is the same of the standard Scions of God attainment.
2nd: Divine Command
The optional power is altered to use Death and allows one to extend control of Spirits to Ghosts and Giests.
3rd: Hand of the Elohim
The optional Arcanum is unclear. Here are some options and their effects:
Death 4: treat Gnosis like Psyche for the purposes of opening Avernian Gates and crossing underworld rivers (allowing one to cross rivers without the use of boatmen). The mage is treated as dead or alive or spirit in Underworld as he or she chooses. They can also tap plasm sources for mana.
Space 4: the mage can establish Anchors and move between them as by Teleport without cost or paradox. The mage can also gain 1 mana/day from the Anchor or tap plasm sources for mana. The mage is treated as dead or alive or spirit in underworld as he or she chooses.
Death 4: spend mana to create a ghostly defense from damage (spend 1 mana/point of damage and the mage ignores the damage for a scene and then downgrade the damage to bashing). The mage is treated as dead or alive or spirit in Underworld as he or she chooses. They can also tap plasm sources for mana.
