The modern “God is Love” gospel is rebellion and an attempt to force God to accept and bless the Adamic race.

Divorce and remarriage

Instead of believing and embracing the obvious truth that if Christ were flourishing in the husband and the wife there would be no divorce, Christians spend millions on trying to prove that God is happy when Adam is happy and Adams get his perverted way. God is portrayed as a poor cosmic lover who has to lower His standard to accommodate perverted behavior of Adam.

Forgiveness is the goal of modern Christianity. Conforming to the image of Christ is seen and some ludicrous fantasy for religious fanatic and the feeble minded. Tithing, sentimental humanistic love, alter calls and revival mobilize young men, but very few are permanently mobilized into the Cross & the Spirit.

Forgiveness becomes the key component of the cross and death to sin, self totally ignored.

The measure of cessation of sin is anathema to modern Christians. They refuse to consider it and get angry when cessation of sin is preached and taught.

Nuts!

PS: Receiving salvation, which is the process of seeing and FAITH-ing that you are dead through, faith and baptism to sin, self and Adam take time. Along the way, sin will occur and forgiveness will be required, and that is a part of the process. However living in Adamic selfishness, denying the victory of Christ over sin and death in your life, and preaching this failure as grace is perversion and rebellion.

This sin is more serious that commonly believed. Sinning like an animal and calling it SIN is not a big problem in the Kingdom. Sinning like an animal and calling grace is perversion.

Christianity today is man-centered, not God-centered. God is made to wait patiently, even respectfully, on the whims of men. The image of God currently popular is that of a distracted Father, struggling in heartbroken desperation to get people to accept a Savior of whom they feel no need and in whom they have very little interest. To persuade these self-sufficient souls to respond to His generous offers God will do almost anything, even using salesmanship methods and talking down to them in the chummiest way imaginable. This view of things is, of course, a kind of religious romanticism which, while it often uses flattering and sometimes embarrassing terms in praise of God, manages nevertheless to make man the star of the show.”
