Tithers are "little ones" and they are afraid.
They can't progress without the pastor mothering them (nurture & control).
Reading and understanding the Bible and hearing and obeying the Holy Spirit is practically impossible.
Bible school and foundation courses have brought submission to the pastor and the church programs, as if the things were Christ. (in fact they have been trained that the pastor is proxy-Christ).
To move out of mommy's ( the pastortute) house is scary, especially if mommy did not prepare, and disciple you for maturity.
God has said many time "don't be afraid"
now venturing the adult world with God is scary.
