My KT4005 was not recognized by Win10 Pro.
So I tried to install Device Driver and now online update ongoing.
Win10 includes Renesas chip device driver I know that.
But unrecognized.
Any Help?
Yesterday It was very well and I took my all HDD drive Backups almost 2.7GB to new USB3.0 HDD from SATA and USB2.0 HDDs.
There was no problem.
But this morning my USB3.0 HDD disappeared and found that Win10 Pro don't recognize My KT4005
I can see green LED lights on the board.
Anyway I try reboot now with Device Driver on CD-ROM.

Not Effective! This morning I once removed KT4005 and inserted again. And I bent the metal back because I thought there was short length to reach PCIEx16 socket to most outside(I mean PC card slot). That time my KT4005 was SUCCESSFULY recognized!! But next time I tried to LOGIN my PS2 Keyboard lost and I ought to connect using Remote Desktop. Anyway once KT4005 worked shortly.

I tried to exchange PCIEx16 slot between Display Card AMD Radeon HD 6670(slot 1)and KT4005(slot 3). Slot 2 is behaind AMD Radeon and it is PCIEx4.
But the result is I lost any Windows Screen. Only BIOS startup was shown.
So, I connected Remote Desktop Again and Again!! Restarted my PC so many times varying the conditions such as slot change, disconnecting power cable, trying safety mode, etc.
I think the resources which AMD Radeon require is batting KT4005's requirements? Any idea do you have?
But sometimes OK. I certainly have back-uped Volume copies in USB3.0 USB-HDD connected by KT4005. So this is my headache! Ha, ha, ha!!
I already spent my 24 hours. Buck-up can be retrievable if I connect HDD to one of USB2.0 port. All my learning is that USB3.0 is 5 times faster than USB2.0. And Easy come Easy Go.

I found the Reason why KT4005 was not shown in Device Manager. The reason is Code-45. To solve this problem re-connect this hardware device to the computer. Shows the device master picture. You can see the Address its require ~FBAFFFFF and ~FBBFFFFF. Two times appeared but slot is different one is PCI bus 2 another is PCI bus 3. PCI bus 2 is the old memory and PCI bus 3 is the current. If I could delete PCI bus 2(PCIx4 slot) old memory, the Reason not connected "ambiguous" will be removed.

I am very near place to clear the problem? As same as last test, I lost screen again. However this time a little different. When I accessed using remote Desktop the KT4005 appeared in the Device Master and also USB3.0 HDD. And the blank screen has changed to beautiful sight which is shown as the background of Login screen. Here I clicked back ground screen Login appeared and I successfully logged in. Everything fixed....It seemed...I thought. there was no problem. But once I restarted my PC. The problem is still there.

Hi, in this case,
1. we guess it might be the power issue. If a high power consumption device is plugged in the card, please make sure the device is connected to its own power supply.
2. It also might be the incompatibility issue. If the problem persists, you could return the card within the return period.

Thank you for your reply. Fortunately the device was recognized when I power on this morning. And I went my company so powered off. And again this afternoon I powered it on after returning to home. The device is recognized again. So I'll keep watching. It seems Win10 has Self-Medication!!!

I tried Uninstall the Devices "Renesas USB 3.0" and its upper "Video Controller (VGA Compat.)". But KT4005 was completely lost. I tried reboot after removed KT4005 and inserted it again and again. Then "Renesas USB 3.0" was never shown. Any recommendation?

I have Fixed Memory Chain Problem of AMD Radeon HD 6670 to VGA compatible Video controller to Renesas USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller 1.0(Microsoft). It took whole one night.
I hope this COMPLETELY FIXed this KT4005 Problem. After struggling, my suggestion is that since there was no high power equipments, only 2 sets of USB-HDD which has its own dedicated power supply and there was no compatibility issue. But there was mechanical issue. The KT4005 card's mechanical accuracy, I mean the length of PCIEx1 edge to PC Card slot front end is too short (maybe 1~2 mm). So the card is pulled when fasten the screw to lock KT4005 to the PC Card slot. At this point, card edge of PCIEx1 easily moved in that socket. And heating of the PC expands and shrinks PC case according to power on/off. This cause the shifting the card and it will reach to the limit which the card can work correctly keeping the correct contact for each signal lines of PCIEx1 slot. This is my thought. The real problem is caused your poor accuracy of Card Size planning and Machining Accuracy. I hope you FIX your Real Problem. Or you may cause same Problems in the World!! ( I had read that say Inateck's service is very good speedy and kindly. I don't agree now, the ability of the Analysis of Customer sent Data is weak. No consistent reply came back to the customer. etc.) This is your second Problem you should fix urgently.

Hi! I received new KT4005 and replaced soon. I had encountered the problem this afternoon three times! Though it worked in the morning after reboot. Before reboot each USB Root Hubs under Universal Serial Bus Controller must be done Driver Update.

I learned this way from YouTube. There were some videos for How to Fix the KT4005 unrecognized problem. Certainly it worked. But not permanently! The unrecognized problem was hapenned after next reboot.
Anyway, new KT4005 is working. It is really good. I just inserted the card. It was very smoothly accepted and recognized with 2 USB-HDDs. But I'm not relieved with this fact because the previous card was same and copied 5 disks to new USB3.0 HDD. It was 2.7TB of backups. And next morning it almost diying I reported on this chat! So I must be careful to find "dying message" if any. I'm sure that I will report when I find any message.
