turbo, turbinis is *masculine*; turben, turbinis is *neuter *
Definition: whirl, political disturbance, tornado, whirlwind
Sentence: Aeneas urbi turbatum turbines appropinquabat.
Aeneas was approaching the city to agitate the political
disturbances.
Grammar: appropinquo + dat. obj.; *turbatum* is an accusative supine, used with verbs of motion to show purpose (... for the purpose of []ing, to [ ]), formed from the PPP's stem by adding -um, can take direct object.
