Rick Zieve FAIA

Rick Zieve FAIA (BArch Louisiana State U 1976, AIA Scholarship Award, AIA School Medal), has served as Principal, SRG Partnership, Inc. beginning 2003, and previously as a Principal, NBBJ 1988-2003 and Vice President, Design Director, CRSS 1976-1988.

The designs of Rick Zieve during his time with NBBJ include Safeco Field, home to the Seattle Mariners; major additions at SeaTac Airport; the innovative Seattle Justice Center in the city's new civic campus, and at UW Bothell; and currently (2005) with SRG, Bellevue City Hall. His work has significantly shaped the skyline, civic life, and the urban experience of Seattle. They have earned both professional and public accolades, and advanced both the art and the science of design.

1987 AIA Seattle Medallist Bill Bain FAIA sponsored his nomination to the AIA College of Fellows in 2003. The elevation recognized the significance to the profession of Rick's achievements in design.
