Lake Mary -Heathrow Festival of the Arts

The 37th annual Lake Mary-Heathrow Festival of the Arts is this weekend, March 2 and 3 at Colonial Town Park, 950 Market Promenade Avenue, Lake Mary. This is a premiere art festival in Seminole County, and we have some outstanding Student Art in the SCPS Student Art section of the festival. We invite you to come and view the work of our talented artists of Chiles Middle School.

Parents of 8th graders going to OHS

OHS is having their SAC elections at the March meeting.  We would like to include parents of rising 9th graders who may wish to serve on Oviedo High School SAC. The deadline to submit a request for placement in the ballot is March 14, at 2:30 p.m.  Email Jaclyn DiMatteo at micheljm@scps.k12.fl.us for inclusion on the ballot.

Attention 6th Grade Parents! Please view this important information regarding upcoming immunization requirements before your student can start 7th grade. An updated Florida Certification of Immunization DH 680 or DH 681 must be presented to your child's school before your child can receive a schedule or enter school on the first day of classes in August!

Club Listing - UPDATED 2/8

We are still working out the logistics for some of our clubs. However, some are up and ready to get started. 

Step 1 - Click the link below to view the list of clubs.

Step 2 - Parents must click the link for the Permission Form and give permission for their student to attend. Take a note of the date and time.

Step 3 - Students then attend the club meetings and have fun! Any student who shows up for a meeting without the parent permission will not be allowed to stay.
