Today, we are going to write our 1st Story paragraph for our literary essay.
Remember, here is what should be included in this paragraph.
relate the character to the claim/theme
text evidence (direct quotes)
give reasons to support the claim
do NOT mention the other story
Let's look at a sample.
Using the Google Doc that you named Literary Essay continue typing your essay by typing your 1st story paragraph. Make sure to utilize the example and your essay pillar.
When you are finished with the assignment, here is what you can do:
Just keep writing.
Keep adding seeds.
Add to a already started seed.
Decide to take a seed through the writer’s process.
Reread your writing.
Edit your writing.
Work with a writing partner (with permission).
NEVER say "I am finished"
You need to be writing for a minimum of 30 minutes.
