Day 1: I'm working with Jackson to make Reminder Charms. Reminder Charms are little key chains or attachable pieces that help you remember what you need to bring with you on a day to day basis
Day 2: Last class, I started making a catalog of possible charms. I thought of 79 charm ideas. My partner, Jackson, wasn't here, so I didn't want to make any decisions without telling him, so I did something that we could easily edit later.
Day 3: We drew out designs but then realized we were going in the wrong direction.
Day 4: We got back on the right track. We drew out our first design, scanned it, and printed it out.
Day 5: we attached the first charm to a ring. Success!
Hat Charm
We also made another drawing, cut it, and added a loop to it.
Mittens Charm
Day 6: Jackson wasn't here, so I drew more designs. I drew four more and am waiting for a sharpie to trace them.
Day 7: I traced all the designs in sharpie, and Jackson and I cut them out. We added loops to the charms and added them to the loop. Now we have six charms: mittens, hat, homework, charger, medicine, and lunchbox.
All Current Charms
Day 8: We designed 5 more charms. We uploaded them to Corel DRAW. Then we prepped them for printing. I also worked on packaging. I made a tag for the charms and designed it in Corel DRAW.
Tag Prototype
Day 9: We printed our charms out. I attached loops to them. We added them to the charm holder.

Laser Cut Tag
Day 10: We redesigned the tag. We worked on the tag and made a t slot mechanism. The t should fit in a whole and stay put, leaving a loop for the charm to stay on. We also finished putting loops on the charms.
Day 11: We made the new tag on Corel Draw. We remade the moose with shapes and lines so it wouldn't take as long to print on all the tags.
