this is my pentomino design in Adobe Illustrator. This design looks really cool. It took a while to make it because all of the shapes are the same width and have 5 graph squares in them. I can't wait to see how cool this will look when it is all done.
this is the cardboard version of my pentomino. It looks really good. the reason it is rastered is because of the colors in the design. obviously color won't print on the laser cutter so it just rastered the colors. I can't wait to see what the wooden pentomino will look like.
this is the wooden pentomino. I used the same design as above. I am thinking of making a board for it to go on and maybe paint each piece a different color. I think this turned out is really well and I liked making this project.
this is my final pentomino. I added a border to it and I put a piece of cardstock behind it so that way you can pick it up without all of the pieces falling off. I think that this turned out really cool and I'm glad I was able to finish it in time.
