This is my cardboard prototype of a design of a clock I want to make. Instead of etching each aspect of my clock, I decided to cut out the numbers, rectangular tabs, and Yin-Yang circles, and etch the curved line. I feel this design will make my clock visually interesting, pop out the colors and numbers when I paint it, and add some layering to an otherwise flat clock. I also want to align the circles better in my final clock, which are crooked in my prototype.

I decided to make my clock my final project and make it visually interesting. With the Yin-Yang design, and painting each side accordingly, I feel like I successfully accomplished this. The contrasting colors on each side make everything pop out, which makes my clock visually interesting. One afterthought I do have is that the hands on the clock are black, so it will be hard to see them when they are on the black side of the clock.
