1. Identify a project from any of the FabAcademy links and summarize what the student has set out to accomplish. What did they eventually complete and were they close to their original idea? Looking through their documentation (website) what did they explain as the most challenging part of the project? Include a link to the project documentation page in your answer. Embed an image of the selected project within your blog post. Not as an attachment.
A one Luis Díaz made something called the SoundFlower. This device faces the direction of sound. They weren't sure what they wanted to do at first but their prototype was fairly close in design to the final. He explained that getting and the programming and electronics to work together was very hard. http://archive.fabacademy.org/archives/2016/fablableon/students/104/finalproject.html
2. Why did you pick this project? What got your attention?
I've always found recording devices very interesting, especially since I've tried recording some things of my own over the years. I though the concept was intriguing and the idea was smart and useful.
