Zach Hart

These are images of my final box and rough draft box. The first picture is my final box. This box was a little big, but it was a major improvement over my first box. My second picture was the first box I have created. It was not well cut out, and not very symmetrical. In general, I am very happy with the improvement of my first box to my final box.

This is my second cardboard project. We worked on making different shapes out of cardboard. This worksheet is important because I will need to make prototypes using these shapes.

This is a picture of all 8 lessons completed on Tinker-cad. My favorite lesson was the mine craft glasses. The lessons were very helpful and I understand how to use the program much more.

This is an image of my first and last name. This was my first experience of Tinker-cad. I liked how tinker-cad had tutorials we could use to learn the website. It was not very complicated, but I did get frustrated at some points. I am excited to 3D print my name.

Hello my name is Zach Hart, and this is my logo. It has my name in it, and it is in a circle to represent a soccer ball and my passion for the game.

The second picture is what my final Logo project looks like. It is very nice, and I am happy with the outcome. A small error I noticed is the circle outside of my logo was not centered. This is a small mistake and a very easy fix. I enjoyed our first project in the Fab Lab and I am excited to created many more projects. If I had add something onto my final project it would have been a soccer ball or something to do with scuba diving.. I would like to learn more about the equipment we are using so I can add more detail onto future projects.

This is an image of my original design for my glasses. Before I used cardboard, wood, or went onto my computer, I created these glasses on paper. The bottom two pictures are is what I drew on my own. I then went on to the glasses with precise measurements. That is the paper at the top of the picture.

This is an image of my glasses out of cardboard. I think the glasses turned out very well and look almost exactly like the glasses on paper. Next class, I will create the glasses in adobe and print laser cut them out in the Fab Lab.

This is an image of my laser cut glasses. I cut them and they are made out of cardboard. On my computer screen, there is an image of my glasses in adobe. I went through multiple time adjusting and trying to make my glasses look very nice.

This is an image of my final glasses. I changed many small details about my glasses to make sure they fit on my face. I am happy with the outcome of the glasses and now feel comfortable using the laser cutter on my own. I enjoyed making these glasses and am excited to 3-D print.

Here is an image of the glow circuit I created in class today. On the left side of the work plane, I created a flag. On the right side of the work plane, I created a base for the flag. I had to experiment with a lot of things in order to do a good job on it.

This is an image of my final glow circuit. I am very happy with how it turned out. I think it is really cool how the light can illuminate and glow.

Here is an image of the light inside my lantern. It took me a very long time figure out how to create this. I am proud of how it looks and excited to print out my final lantern.

Here is an image of my final lantern. I worked very hard on this and was very happy with the outcome. I installed special paper on each sides to make the light illuminate more. I think my lantern turned out very well and am happy with everything I was able to do this year.
