The Basic Idea: You will roll a marble down a ramp on a table. With a stopwatch and a meter stick, you will figure out how fast the marble is going. Then you will predict where it will land when it leaves the table and hits the floor by solving it as a cliff problem.

Choose a very low ramp - literally a couple of inches high maybe.

Notice for the lab you will want to do this a couple of times - with two different heights of the ramp.
