Remember, when the lab talks about a Division - a division is a line that goes all the way across the screen.  They divide the screen into 10 intervals horizontally and 8 intervals vertically on the screen pictured to the left.  Divisions are not the tiny tick marks - those are 1/5 of a division.

In this picture, the user has possibly not calibrated it to zero. (but you will in the lab) So we can't easily figure out the peak voltage.  It seems to be 2.5 divisions above the zero mark, but a little more than 3 divisions below.  (which could be because they didn't adjust it, or it could be a DC offset of a pure AC waveform.)

In this picture, horizontally, the period seems to be a little more than 3.5 divisions.  We would need to know what the horizontal scale is to know what the period is in seconds.
