This training reviews the Program Managers (PM) responsibilities in regards to a contract, contract management best practices, and resources for PMs. This training, including a quiz which acts as registration, requires annual completion by all PMs who manage projects >$100k. This training reviews the processes to complete and submit a requisition and and Purchase Order document for delegated buyers. This training reviews vendor agreements and impermissible terms on quotes. This training does not automatically delegate signing authority for vendor agreements.
