Work Life Discounts

BenefitHub offers state employees an opportunity to take advantage of product and service discounts offered by various vendors throughout the state.

All permanent state employees, regardless of branch of state government, are eligible for these discounts; however, limitations on participation may exist for those specific employees directly and significantly involved in the procurement process. Such employees should consult with their purchasing director for guidance.

Eligibility requirements are set forth by the discount provider and generally include all state employees. Employees must consult the discount vendor for any proof of employment requirements, typically a pay stub or state ID, if required. Some vendors may include retirees in their offers as well.

Colorado State Employee Assistance Program (C-SEAP)

Your confidential resource for workplace and personal issues.

C-SEAP is a professional assessment, referral, and short-term counseling service offered to state employees with work-related or personal concerns, as well as a resource for supervisors and managers. the presence of C-SEAP reflects the state's commitment to improving the quality of life for its entire workforce. Services Include:

  • Confidential Counseling for Employee's Personal Life Issues

  • Manager and Supervisory Consultation

  • Conflict Resolution

  • Workplace Violence Risk Reduction

  • Urgent Intervention

  • Workshops and Training

College Invest

CollegeInvest is a not-for-profit division within the Colorado Department of Higher Education whose goal is to help everyone who wants to get a college education achieve that goal and to help make saving for college just a little bit easier. They provide expert information, simple financial planning tools, and tax-advantaged 529 College Savings Plans to help Coloradans get there.

Colorado Combined Campaign

The Colorado Combined Campaign (CCC) is a workplace campaign that allows Colorado State Employees to donate to charities that benefit others in Colorado. CCC Administrators coordinate the contributions of individual donors with non-profit organizations and numerous community resources to deliver long-term solutions for individuals and families in Colorado.

CCC represents more than 700 charities and makes it possible for donors to support one or many favorite charities in a single effort. The pledge form has spaces for donors to designate chosen charities and amounts intended for each. The CCC website contains a listing of participating agencies so donors may choose charities that benefit a variety of causes including children, the homeless, animals or the environment. If the donor has a special interest in job training education or aiding victims of domestic violence, agencies focus on these causes are included.

Donations are voluntary, confidential, and tax-deductible. Individuals can donate through monthly payroll deductions. The CCC also welcomes gifts made by cash, check, or credit card, and one-time donations.

Working Together Foundation

The Working Together Foundation is a non-profit foundation established in 1992 by a group of concerned state employees who wanted to create an effective safety net to help fellow state employees with emergency financial grants in times of crisis. The Foundation is funded through donations by State employees.

Each year the Foundation helps nearly a hundred Colorado State employees and retirees with emergency assistance grants. Grants are awarded to fellow co-workers who have experienced unforeseen financial crisis and lack the resources to meet basic living necessities such as rent, utilities, and uninsured medical expenses.

The Credit Union of Colorado accepts donations through electronic fund transfers or direct payroll deductions. Direct donations may be made by mailing a check payable to “Working Together” at 1373 Grant Street, Denver CO 80203
