Monitoring Services and Grants Contracts

The Colorado Procurement Code requires the following processes and activities for each contract in excess of $100,000:

  • Performance and monitoring measures included in the original contract

  • Certification that performance and monitoring measures are in place in the original contract

  • Annual Review and Certification that vendor is complying with terms of the contract

  • Final evaluation at the conclusion of the contract

  • Vendor review of the final evaluation and the ability to submit comments

  • Evaluation and vendor comments posted on CMS

Statewide Contract Management System (CMS)

The Statewide Contract Management System is a database used to track the routing and approval of contracts, information on state contracts and the monitoring and evaluation activities associated with state contracts.
