Monitoring Services and Grants Contracts
The Colorado Procurement Code requires the following processes and activities for each contract in excess of $100,000:
Performance and monitoring measures included in the original contract
Certification that performance and monitoring measures are in place in the original contract
Annual Review and Certification that vendor is complying with terms of the contract
Final evaluation at the conclusion of the contract
Vendor review of the final evaluation and the ability to submit comments
Evaluation and vendor comments posted on CMS
Statewide Contract Management System (CMS)
The Statewide Contract Management System is a database used to track the routing and approval of contracts, information on state contracts and the monitoring and evaluation activities associated with state contracts.
