New ServiceHub Customer Portal Launched Nov. 15


On Nov. 15, the Governor’s Office of Information Technology launched the ServiceHub Customer Portal as your new one-stop shop for IT support. The new portal is designed with convenience in mind, offering 24/7 self-service tools and a contemporary interface to simplify your interactions with IT services, so you can get what you need, when you need it. 

Please update your bookmarked link to https://servicehub.colorado.gov for the Nov. 15 launch and remove any old links to CA Service Desk. 

You will have secure access to ServiceHub through PingID - (Two-factor Authentication and PingID help guide). You will use your username@DNR.State.CO.US and regular password for login.

If you are unable to access the new ServiceHub Customer Portal, simply call OIT at 303.239.4357 (HELP).
