Insurance

Vendors providing services and construction to the Department of Natural Resources will be required to carry the standard insurance requirements for the following purchases:

• All purchase orders for construction

• Flying of aircraft

• Computer programming which interfaces with DNR systems

• Where the contractor has access to confidential information

• Where the contractor collects funds for the State, including outsourcing contracts, franchise or other revenue-generating contract types

• Contractor’s employees will be working on State property (for more than a periodic meeting), or on property not owned by the State

• Any service where non-performance impacts the Department’s critical operations or mission.

• All purchases in excess of $25,000
