PDF Documents Unable to Open in Web Browser

Some of DNR’s PDF documents do not open in your web browser (e.g. Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc…). If you see a “Please wait…” message instead of the form coming up in your browser, you’ll need to open the form in your version of Adobe. To open the document, click the download icon in the upper right corner. For some users, the form will immediately come up and be ready for use. For others, you will need to follow these steps:

  • Click the Download Icon, which will cause the download bar to appear at the bottom

  • DO NOT click OPEN as you normally would. Select "Show in folder" from the drop-down that appears

  • When the Download Folder opens, right click on the document and select Open With, and select Adobe Acrobat. The form should open on your desktop

Once the form is active on your desktop, you can save it for future use. If you have any additional questions, please contact the EDO Office responsible for the form.
