US Bank for OneCard
On January 1, 2021, the State selected US Bank to replace Citibank as the State of Colorado's provider for both commercial cards and travel cards. The contract for the Citibank program expires on December 31, 2021, which allows for a one-year overlap period to accommodate the transition. DNR is scheduled to make the transition in late August 2021. DNR Accounting is working closely with the State’s Commercial Card Program and coordinating with US Bank on many of the transitioning details. Accounting is also working diligently on tools and training materials for cardholders, allocators, and supervisor approvers. More information will be distributed when it becomes available. The State's Tax Exempt Certificate
Your US Bank OneCard has the State Tax Exempt ID on the front of the card. The State's Tax Exempt ID is different than DNR's Tax Exempt ID. Be sure to use the State's Tax Exempt ID on your OneCard. Here is the link to the State's Tax Exempt Certificate if you need it when the merchant requests it.
