Prayer to Our Blessed Mother for Canada
O Most Blessed Mother Mary, Mother of Mercy, at this most critical time, we entrust our country to your loving care.
Most Holy Mother, we beg you to reclaim this land for the glory of your Son. Overwhelmed with the burden of the sins of our nation, we cry to you from the depths of our hearts and seek refuge in your motherly protection.
Look down with mercy upon us and touch the hearts of our people. Open our minds to the great worth of human life and to the responsibilities that accompany human freedom.
Free us from falsehoods that lead to the evils of abortion and the breakdown of family life. Grant us the wisdom to know and proclaim that this nation was founded on God's law and that he alone is the True Source of our cherished rights and freedoms.
Guide and protect this land from every evil and from the attacks of the powers of darkness.
O Merciful Mother, give us the courage to reject the culture of death and the strength to build a new culture of life. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen

The Luminous Mysteries
Pope John Paul II has given us two great gifts: the mysteries of light as a part of the Holy Rosary, and the Gospel of Life in his great encyclical Evangelium Vitae. The following meditations on the mysteries of light are offered as a prayer for all life, from conception to natural death.
In the Name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen
I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to the dead, on the third day He rose again. He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father, He will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.

Institution of the Eucharist
On the night before he suffered, he took bread, blessed it, broke it, gave it to his disciples, and said, Take this, all of you, and eat it. This is My Body.. When supper was ended he took a cup filled with wine, gave it to them, and said, Take this, all of you, and drink from it, for this is the cup of My Blood. Strengthened by the Holy Eucharist, may we work to proclaim the Gospel of life and defend all who are endangered by the culture of death.

Prayer to SAINT MICHAEL THE ARCHANGEL
Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host -by the Power of God -cast into hell, satan and all the evil spirits, who roam throughout the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen

O holy protector of the holy family, protect us children of the Lord Jesus Christ; keep far from us the errors and evils which corrupt the world; assist us from Heaven in our struggles against the powers of darkness.
