Printer Queue Windows

While using your printer, it is not new to get too many print jobs stuck in the queue. It is necessary to clear the printer queue to start printing documents once again. The process to troubleshoot this problem is easy. You can follow the procedure below to clear the print queue in your Windows 11 device. 

• Go to the search icon on your PC and search for "services.msc."

• Then, select the option from the result to open the Services window. 

• After that, scroll down the open page and navigate to the print spooler option. 

• Once you see the print spooler option, right-click on it and then select the Stop option. 

• Next, access the File Explorer window. 

• Head to the Local Disk C and find and open the Windows folder.

• Now, access the "System 32" folder, double-click on the "spool" folder, then open the "PRINTERS" folder.

• After that, you should ensure that you select all the files and delete them permanently.

• Select the File Explorer and right-click on the Print Spooler again.

• After that, you need to choose the Start option.
