Chromebook With USB Printer

• Initially, take your USB cable and connect the printer to your Chromebook. 

• Once connected a USB Printer Connected notification will show up on the screen. 

• Then, choose the clock in the lower right corner of the screen. 

• After that, you should go ahead and click on the Settings icon.

• When you are in the Settings screen expand Advanced in the left panel.

• Now, click on the Printer folder and click on Printers.

• Next, click on the Add Printer option. 

• As a result, add printer details that will open on the screen.

• You should type the name of your printer. 

• Afterward, you need to choose your IP address. 

• You can leave the Protocol and Queue as they are and click on Add.

• Once that’s done you should be able to fill in the Advanced printer configuration.

• In addition, you are required to fill in the manufacturer's details.

• Then, you need to choose the model name of your printer and the connection process will be complete.
