. After that, the printer window will get back to the home window.
. Head to the Maintenance again and select Print Head Cleaning.
. Select Start to begin the cleaning process.
. Once the cleaning process is complete, print another nozzle check pattern and see if the print has improved.
Solution 2: Check the Ink Level
. First, inspect the ink level from the product’s placement in the ink tank.
. Apart from that, you can tap the ink icon on the display screen.
. Now, the screen will display the supply status of the ink; check and see if you need to refill any ink tanks.
. Then, check if the problem has been resolved.
Solution 3: Clean the Print Head Manually
. Insert a document into the scanner unit, close the cover, and scan the document.
. During the scanning, open the printer cover and wait for the print head to slide to the middle.
. When the printhead moves to the middle, unplug the power cord from the printer.
. Take a screwdriver, go to the print head, and unscrew the Philip head screws.
. Take out the print head cover, then set the print head cover and screw it aside.
. Use a paper towel, fold it, place it underneath, and slide the print head over it.
. Remove the tubing from the cartridge and set it aside.
. Take a syringe with a cleaning solution and silicon tubing.
. Then, attach the silicone tubing to the nozzle and push the cleaning solution slowly.
. Take the silicone tubing, slide the printhead, and remove the paper towel underneath.
. Keep doing the same steps for all nozzles.
