Method 1: Cleaning Nozzle
First, ensure that the ink tank level is above 30 percent.
Move to the operation panel, scroll right, and open settings.
Choose Maintenance, go to Power Cleaning, and click on OK.
Take a look at the information, then press OK to proceed.
Select OK again to check the description.
Next, you should read the description and then press OK.
If you see any prompt, then press the start button for 5 seconds.
After power cleaning, click on OK.
Method 2: Clean the Printhead Manually
Begin by turning on your Epson printer.
Then open the control panel lid, and then open the inner cover.
Press the copy button and unplug the power cable when the print head moves to the left.
Then open your scanner unit.
Next, take out the screws to lift the scanner unit.
Slide the printhead to the middle and remove the top cover.
After that, you should press the tab inward and remove the ink cartridge.
In addition, press the tab of the plate from the left and right and remove it.
Then, open the three screws.
Next, take out the print head.
Also, take out the chip from the print head.
With the help of wet tissue paper, clear the print head.
Once the cleaning is complete, assemble all the parts of the printer.
Then, you should plug the power cable back in and turn on the printer.
When the printer power is on, go to the operation panel, scroll right, and open Maintenance.
Next, you need to scroll down and select the Head cleaning process.
To clean the print head, press OK.
Insert the A4 side paper into the document feeder and then choose Confirm and OK.
